Once you have purchased your Weddingsurance cover, your policy documents will be sent to you. Your policy number will be shown in the top right hand corner of your Schedule.

In the unfortunate circumstances that you do need to claim, under your Weddingsurance policy you can telephone Allianz on 0844 412 9988 quoting your policy number or write to Allianz Insurance plc, 500 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, Bucks, MK9 2XX.

You must tell us as soon as possible;

• About the event and give us any information we need.
• If the event is caused by theft or attempted theft, tell the Police and provide us with details of  the Police Station and crime reference number.
